We are "mint" to be!

Growing mint is surprisingly easy and can be quite difficult to control in a garden. The best way to grow mint is in pots, as it can easily spread and take over a garden if not contained.

  • Containers with drainage holes

  • Nutrient-rich potting mix

  • Watering can with a fine spout

  • Light source (sunny window or grow lights)

Step 2: Planting

  • Fill containers with potting mix

  • Sow mint seeds and lightly cover with soil

  • Water gently to keep the soil moist

Step 3: Provide Ideal Conditions

  • Place containers in a bright area with partial sunlight

  • Maintain temperatures between 65°F and 75°F (18°C and 24°C)

  • Water when top inch of soil feels slightly dry

Step 4: Care and Maintenance

  • Prune regularly for bushier growth

Step 5: Harvesting
